Heat a griddle or pan to medium high heat, and heat a deep fryer to 350 degrees.
Form the ground beef into a ball. Place the ground beef on the griddle or pan. Using a weight or heavy spatula, press the ground beef onto the cooking surface, forming a patty. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-7 minutes per side, depending on doneness preference.
Once the burger has been flipped, top with American cheese to melt.
Drop the onion rings in the deep fryer and cook until golden brown.
Add the Thick Sliced Smokehouse Brisket to the cooking surface for just long enough to heat throughout.
Toast the sliced brioche bun on the cooking surface.
Remove brisket, burger, and bun from the heat.
Brush both sides of the bun with BBQ sauce and assemble a tall stacked burger with the tomato slice, burger, thick sliced brisket, pickle chips, and onion rings.
